  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with any of our products purchased. If a return needs to take place, the retail customer is responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost will be refunded and not shipping costs. All returns must be registered, insured, and shipped with signature required. Merchandise must be received in our facility within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization.

    Returning Damaged Items

    All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our quality control center.
